In the tapestry of Norse mythology, runes emerge as potent symbols embodying the genesis, essence, and ultimate purpose of life itself. Laden with profound symbolism, they are believed to speak to us, offering insight into our destinies, the ability to forecast our futures, and guidance in navigating pivotal decisions through their intricate iconography. Each rune signifies a step along the inner journey toward spiritual awakening, carrying with it a lesson waiting to be unveiled.

Drawing from these enigmatic and captivating perspectives, interwoven with principles of sound physics, personal development, and influences from heroic fantasy, the artistic endeavor known as RUNESQUE has been conceived. Its aim: to reimagine the concept of runes through a modern artistic lens, anchored by a fundamental pillar—emotion.

1. Definition

The RUNEs of RUNESQUE serve as the conceptual, visual, and narrative bedrock of my artistic venture, comprising its multimedia ecosystem and web presence. Their uniqueness lies in their omnipresence across all facets of the project, functioning both as a distinctive hallmark and as conduits for emotional discovery and enlightenment. Within the realm of RUNESQUE, these entities exist as fictional-conceptual beings, designed to propagate my art across various mediums and platforms, serving as vessels for my artistic expression.

2. Artistic Proposition

The concept of the RUNEs stands as the driving force behind my artistic proposition within the RUNESQUE project. They form the narrative core of the storyline, offering a deeply immersive emotional experience. Visual manifestations of the RUNEs in video clips and music covers serve as the visual embodiment of my art, while also acting as key gateways to discovering my web-based content. Beyond mere content, they encapsulate the very essence of my artistic identity.

3. Conceptual Value

Each RUNE is visually realized through advanced 3D modeling techniques, ensuring their designs can be expanded upon across diverse platforms in the future, providing an immersive and captivating visual dimension for the audience. Embedded within each RUNE is a paradigm of emotion, artistically depicted across multiple mediums, inviting viewers to feel, internalize, and reinterpret them. Each RUNE aims to propel the viewer forward in their personal journey toward spiritual awakening, while simultaneously promoting the RUNESQUE project.

4. Hero and Spectator

For the story's protagonist, Asha, the RUNEs serve as central narrative elements, each representing a crucial cavern of emotional enlightenment harboring the secrets of understanding emotional paradigms. These RUNEs mark key milestones in the hero's journey, aiding in comprehending and experiencing different facets of emotions while remaining at the core of the mysterious main intrigue.

Concurrently, for the spectator, each RUNE acts as both a gateway to an artistic voyage exploring diverse emotional paradigms and, in parallel, as a presenter of multimedia ensembles such as music, video, and text, all interconnected to impart a distinct emotional lesson or sensibility for the spectator to feel, assimilate, and reinterpret.

Thus, the RUNEs play a similar role for hero Asha as they do for the spectator, serving as both fundamental narrative elements and portals of emotional immersion, offering a rich and captivating experience for each participant. It is therefore implied that emphasizing this aspect in communication would enable the spectator to identify with the story's hero and engage more actively throughout the project's development.

5. Promotion Concept

The RUNEs are quite literally the cornerstone of my project and extend beyond their artistic merit, as they facilitate the discovery of multiple contents at once while being a unique signature means of consuming my art. They serve as the discovery vehicle for my artistic proposition and are showcased on dedicated web pages on my website - runesque.com.

Each RUNE, embodying its own emotional dimension, will be featured through a web page offering a multimedia narrative experience. This immersive journey combines both artistic and emotional aspects, providing enriching entertainment. These web pages, called Focus pages, each showcase a RUNE and offer the exploration of interconnected multimedia content sets, intending to eventually serve as a new means of promotion.

The marketing potential of the RUNEs is significant as they enable the promotion of multiple contents at once (website), while also showcasing the entirety of the project and its artistic richness. The RUNEs also offer advantages in terms of retargeting on their dedicated web pages, allowing for the targeting of audiences interested in specific emotional themes/subjects. This would also enable tracking spectator interest in different content types and optimizing project development, etc.

It is essential to understand that through my communication and marketing efforts, I aim to highlight the RUNEs and maximize the promotion of my content through them, as my contents reside within them, and I aim to make them the signature of my project and an exclusive means of consuming my content.

At the heart of the artistic conception of RUNESQUE project contents, the RUNEs play a vital role as catalysts for creative synergy among collaborators. The realization of their visual design is a collaborative effort with my motion-designer partners. Drawing inspiration from the emotional theme depicted in my other associated contents, they craft an evocative and appealing design for each RUNE. This dynamic collaboration between artists creates a harmonious fusion of music, visual elements, emotional messages, and individual visions to deliver an immersive and captivating experience for the audience through the offered contents.
